☕️ Cancer Support Group Coffee Morning ☕️

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming coffee morning where you can connect with others who understand the challenges of living with or beyond cancer. This is a friendly, informal space for peer-to-peer support, shared experiences, and conversation over a cup of coffee.

🍲📚️ Why not come along to The Bookery from 12.30-2pm this Friday (23rd October) and enjoy FREE hot soup & drinks and good company? Our friendly Bookery volunteers will choose a short story, poem or extract to read, and a selection of books will be available. Bring your own story, suggest a book/poem you'd like to discuss, or just be part of a conversation in a warm welcoming space that is open to all members of the community. Free event – no registration needed - just come along!

Every Friday until 4th December.

A friendly running course for complete beginners!

Starting Thursday 29th October, join Hannah Bown for six weeks of supportive training with a lovely group of women. Enjoy the fresh air, build your confidence and start your day feeling good! 🏃‍♀️

Never run before? You’re very welcome.

Hannah is kind, patient and encouraging, with no pressure to keep up with anyone else. We’ll build up gradually, with walking breaks along the way.

Hannah has a degree in Sport and PE, a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and over 20 years’ experience as a secondary school PE teacher. She has also represented England Masters in marathon and half marathon running and won both the Rhodes Marathon and Dartmoor Discovery ultramarathon.

☕ Stay for a coffee after each session, if you have time. You’re also welcome to have a hot shower and get changed before heading off to work.

🎉 CELEBRATE WITH US!
On Saturday 12th December, we’ll take part in Killerton parkrun together, running, jogging or walking at your own pace.

Then it’s back to Renew for coffee, cake and complimentary access to our hot tub, ice bath and sauna to celebrate everything you’ve achieved! 💜
