Knife Crime Awareness Evening
As we bring Volunteers’ Week to a close, we’re looking back at a valuable session delivered to our cadets a couple of weeks ago by Mr Tweddle, a valued member of our Civilian Committee.
Mr Tweddle spoke to the cadets about knife crime, helping to raise awareness of the dangers, consequences and wider impact of carrying a knife, while encouraging safe and responsible choices.
Volunteers’ Week is an opportunity to recognise that every member of our team plays an important part in supporting 242 Squadron. From our Civilian Committee and Civilian Instructors to our uniformed officers, each volunteer gives their time, knowledge and experience to help guide, support and create opportunities for our cadets.
A huge thank you to Mr Tweddle for delivering such an important session, and to all our volunteers for everything they do for the squadron.
