Friday Highlights! ✨

A little round-up of all the amazing sessions we’ve had lately! 🤩

It’s been a busy few weeks at Autism Matters, and we’ve loved every second. From retro gaming battles at Four Quarters Arcade 🎮👾 to magical glowing moments at Durham Lumiere after dinner at Riverview Kitchen ✨🌙, the fun has been non-stop!

We chilled out in style with a relaxing session at Morpeth Spa, followed by tasty food at Martino Lounge and a bit of shopping and exploring around town 🧖‍♀️🍽️🛍️.

Then there was our cosy night at Di Meo’s before heading out to watch the fireworks 🎆🍕 Pure autumn vibes! And of course, we levelled up our geeky side at Comic Con, meeting characters, browsing merch, and having loads of laughs 🤓🎭.

To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Geisha Asia, filled with good food and even better company 🍣💙.

So many smiles, so many memories, and so many brilliant moments shared together. 🫶

Friday Highlights ✨

What a week it’s been at Autism Matters Northumberland! 💙

We got competitive and had a blast at BattleKart, tucked into some amazing food at Pho 🍜, tested our skills (and our aim!) at Fayre Play 🎯, and rounded off the week with an epic gaming day at Lane 7 🎮.

So many laughs, great memories, and good vibes all around, we couldn’t have asked for a better week! 🙌

Friday Highlights ✨

What a brilliant week it’s been here at Autism Matters Northumberland! 💙

We got competitive with bowling and games at Lane 7 🎳, tested our sharpshooting skills at Point Blank in Newcastle 🎯, treated ourselves to something sweet at Chloe Mae’s 🍰, and enjoyed some fresh sea air on a lovely seaside walk 🌊☀️.

A perfect mix of fun, food, and friendship. What a week! 🙌

Friday Highlights ✨

What a week it’s been with Autism Matters Northumberland! 💙

We kicked things off with tasty bites at Little Lobo 🌮, tested our gaming skills at Arcade Warehouse 🎮, and faced our fears at the spine-tingling Psycho Path 👻. We also slowed things down with some cosy cat cuddles at Cat Pawccinno 🐱☕ before strolling through the Quayside Market to wrap up an amazing week 🛍️✨.

A perfect mix of thrills, fun, and relaxation, and we loved every minute! 🙌

What a week it’s been here at Autism Matters Northumberland! 💙

We got creative at pottery 🏺, showed off our moves in a fun hip hop dance class 🕺💃, and topped it all off with a magical evening at the theatre watching Cirque 🎭✨. From creativity to performance, it’s been a week full of energy, laughter, and smiles! 🙌

Friday Highlights! ✨

What a brilliant week it’s been with Autism Matters Northumberland! 💙

From getting active at Activate Metrocentre 🏃‍♂️🎳, to a relaxing afternoon in the spa at Cramlington Concordia 🧖‍♀️💦, we’ve mixed fun with plenty of chill time. We also enjoyed a tasty stop at Porky’s in Bebside 🍔 and topped it all off with an epic day trip to York - spooky dungeons, good food, and shopping around the Shambles Market 🚂👻🛍️.

A perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and laughs! 🙌

Say hi folks to our incredible new volunteer Jessica who will be joining us soon on our social groups (non uni term time) and also working for us in a voluntary capacity in our admin team.

Her induction will be at our next gaming session at The Royal Quays so let's see how your skills measure up Jessica.

Busy, busy, busy bees Autism Matters Northumberland.

What have we been up to?

In August we have been actively embracing the North East and beyond as far as Bonny Scotland!

We have been on trains, dragon boats and buses...
Creative, energetic, inquisitive, chilled and getting our festival vibes on!

What did you do last Sunday?

Our social group visited the very beautiful Howick Hall to check out their Autism friendly sensory garden and sample some scrummy food in their restaurant. Highly recommended!

It didn`t disappoint at all.
Very chilled Super Sunday session providing very positive vibes and ample photograph opportunities.
