Season’s greetings! Our offices are closed over the Bank Holidays, which includes December 25th, 26th and January 1st.

If you need to report a repair, please be aware that our contractors are only dealing with emergencies over the holiday period as they are spending time with their families.

In the event of an emergency, for example if you have no power or no heating, something that requires immediate attention please use the red pull cord in your home or use your digital system to connect to the 24-hour Appello response service. Appello can also be contacted on 0333 321 4067.

Local Housing Managers will be available from December 27th- if you need any assistance from then please see your court office for contact details. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

Winter Fuel Payment - there is still time! ⌚

There are over 700,000 people in the UK who are eligible for pension credit but not claiming it - they could be losing out on as much as £3500 per year! If you receive pension credit, you are eligible to receive your winter fuel payment and will get this automatically.

You can apply for pension credit at any time, but to receive the winter fuel payment you must claim before the 21st December and ask for a 3 month backdate. Time is running out!!

Your Local Housing Manager can help you check if you are eligible, or if you would prefer you can approach an organisation like Age UK or Citizens Advice directly for help and information.
