JST’s two digital support and skills projects are helping to transform lives across Dudley. Through targeted, practical digital support, we help disadvantaged young people and older adults build confidence, develop essential digital skills and overcome barriers to getting connected.

Our projects are not just about developing digital skills — they are about building confidence, increasing independence and opening up opportunities for learning, employment and everyday life.

The impact of this support is reflected in participants' experiences. One participant told us:

“I definitely feel that I've gained a lot of confidence and also focus on what I want to achieve, confidence to ask for help and guidance and direction. I feel it has helped my awareness of transferable skills. Also, it's given me the confidence to steadily move forward and learn new skills.”
