The aim of the project and its services are to encourage and empower people to improve their lives. r voice. JST (CIC) supports people aged 16+ with a multitude of areas with the aim of enhancing their lives from housing, health, well-being, isolation & loneliness and employment, training & education. The team have an excellent track record of working supporting people who have barriers to be more confident and then become ready for the next stage of entering training, further education and sustainable employment. They support people to explore the best options and opportunities with a high quality approach ensuring the support is tailor made and people remain people, not numbers! We work closely with a range of partners from other charities & the local authority in Dudley & Sandwell to access referrals for people and deliver pre-employment interventions and life changing outcomes for people.
