Today at our Choose Yourself Club, Liuba had a wonderful makeover! ✨

I think it really brought a spark to her eyes. She was so pleased and happy , and that’s what matters most! We also talked about the basics of building a wardrobe: what to include and how to organise your clothes and make the most of your space.

Today at the Choose Yourself Club, we had a special session : warm, inspiring and full of emotion. We gave Anastasiia a makeover. She wanted to look more modern and stylish, and I believe we achieved exactly what she had hoped for.

But it was about more than a new look. It was a chance to see herself in a new light, feel more confident and find that little sparkle in her eyes. Thank you, Anastasiia, for trusting me and being so brave, and thank you to all the women for your support, kind words and wonderful energy. Moments like this remind us how important it is to take time for ourselves. ✨💚

Today’s **Choose Yourself Club** session took place in a warm and inspiring atmosphere ✨

The colour of our session was **red** — the colour of energy, courage and confidence. It reminded us of our inner strength and how important it is to express ourselves and feel proud to stand out ❤️
A big thank you to Tetiana, our digital psychologist, for sharing her knowledge and leading such an interesting session. We explored an interesting way of looking at our dates of birth and tried to interpret them to learn more about our personal qualities and strengths.

It was wonderful to discover new things about ourselves and share our thoughts with one another 💚
