Are you ready to step into a world of pure imagination? Total Perception CIC, a fun, exciting, and friendly theatre group, is thrilled to announce auditions for our March 2025 production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl!

We are a vibrant community group dedicated to supporting local talent and offering thrilling opportunities for actors of all ages to shine. This is your chance to be part of an unforgettable production while making friends and growing as a performer.

We Are Especially Seeking Charlie!

Do you have what it takes to bring this lovable, curious, and adventurous character to life? This is the role of a lifetime!

Roles Available:

Youth Actors: Play the energetic, quirky kids who win their golden tickets!

Adult Actors: Take on roles like W***y Wonka, the parents, and other colorful characters.

Total Perception CIC – Supporting the Community Through Theatre!

Dear Parents and Youth Cast Members,

I hope this message finds you all well and in high spirits as the festive season approaches. I am writing to you as the Director of Total Perception Theatre Company CIC, to formally call our talented youth cast members of Act 1 for the upcoming variety performance scheduled for Sunday, 15th December.

We are thrilled to invite our youth actors to arrive at Christchurch Coseley by 12:30 PM in costume, ready to showcase their incredible talents. Parents and other adult attendees are warmly welcome to join us from 1:45 PM, and the performance will begin promptly at 2:00 Pm with a suggested donation of £2 towards the church and it’s works.

Following the performance, we are pleased to host refreshments and a raffle to raise funds for our up and coming production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which is set to take place in March 2025. Your support and contributions will greatly assist in bringing this wonderful production to life.

On behalf of the entire team at Total Perception Theatre Company CIC, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your continued dedication and support. This event will be a delightful celebration of our youth actors' hard work and talent, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

Dear Theatre Company Members/Youth Group Members and Parents,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you of some important updates regarding our upcoming schedule. Due to unforeseen circumstances and the need for a creative sabbatical, I will be attending the Edinburgh Festival. Consequently, we will be temporarily closing our theatre company from the 4th of August to the 11th of August.

As a result, please note that there will be no theatre activities on Sunday, the 4th of August, and Sunday, the 11th of August.

I must also apologize for the interruption this may cause. During my time in Edinburgh, I may have the opportunity to work with a well-known artist. This collaboration aims to raise funds, increase interest, and boost our company's popularity through the involvement of famous artists. Additionally, I am exploring further ventures and opportunities that I hope to offer to our younger members.

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but we are committed to making up for this time with exciting new projects. Starting the week after our brief hiatus, we will be diving into preparations for our Christmas talent show. I am confident that this will be a wonderful opportunity for everyone to showcase their talents and creativity.

Additionally, beginning from the first Sunday in September, we are introducing a new schedule:
- **Children (under 18)** are invited to stay behind from 1 PM to 4 PM if they are able.
- **Adults** will be working with the children from 3 PM, with some sessions starting at 2 PM, until 4 PM.
- **Adults only**: I will be working with you from 4 PM to 5 PM on specific parts of the script that require further attention and improvement.

I appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this period. Your dedication and passion for theatre are what make our company thrive, and I am excited to see the amazing work we will accomplish together upon my return.
