THANK YOU TO ALL THE VISITORS WHO ATTENDED THE SPOOKY HALLOWEEN TRAIL ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON :
The Spooky Halloween Trail comprised a haunted house, Witches Lair, Large Spider, Eyeball tree, Graveyard and assorted skeletons, plus making a ghost to take home and refreshments with delicious brain and spooky cupcakes - thank you to Pam for all her hard work and the volunteers who baked, as well as the witches - Sonia, Poppy and Maria.

Thank you to Sue for her donation of crab apply jelly made from the crab apples in the garden.

LITTLE GREENS : SATURDAY 24 OCTOBER : Sadly due to Storm Austen, the decision has been made to CANCEL Little Greens on Saturday. Little Greens will restart after the Easter holidays next year.

GARDEN OPEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY : the garden will be open for the public from 2-5pm.

SPOOKY HALLOWEEN TRAIL : THURSDAY 29 OCTOBER 2-4PM : Join the volunteers for spooky fun in the garden. All welcome - children must be accompanied by parents. See poster for more details.

A BIG THANK YOU TO CHINNOR ROTARY for their donation of purple4polio crocus corns for planting in the garden. Purple crocuses symbolise the purple ink used to mark the little finger of children who receive the vaccine in at-risk countries. Rotary International is an important contributor to the eradication campaign. The garden will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 1-5pm. Please enjoy this community space. There is rainbow chard and tomatoes to pick - please leave some for others to enjoy.

Little Greens are back on Saturdays from 11.15 – 12.15. If your child would like to join them, please get in touch – email: [email protected]. Last Saturday Little Greens worked hard in cutting down the runner beans, planting broad beans and making a fresh hedgehog house.
