Young people enjoyed eating noodles and celabrated 3 young people's Birthday, catching up with friends, a few games of pool, using our outdoor area along with ongoing activities. Well...our Durham YouthPrint North Durham Area Youth Voice meeting started with a venue hiccup! Massive thanks to The Demi Consett for accommodating us at short notice! We can do youth work anywhere!

Our young people decided their next area activity venue, took part in ice breakers, a quiz, and enjoyed pizza together. Massive thanks to Pelton Youth Project, The Activity Den, Durham Area Youth, Sacriston Youth Project, and Derwentside Detached Youth Project for bringing young people along! 🍕

Thursday night's Duke of Edinburgh, young people from Silver group 3 started their route plans for their Qualifying expedition as a lot of our young group are going away to Bali at end of month. Young people also updated their edofe and took part in Music and cooking to complete their sections. Also Bronze Group started to return our expedition equipment.

Positive senior session this evening. We have enjoyed music with George in our music room, singing and dancing and quiz or two, enjoying our outdoor space and a few games of pool. Young people have been discussing a project they will be working on with Investing in Children and Durham County Council, ( consent forms handed out,more details to follow). 🗣️📝
