Thursday night Duke of Edinburgh's 3 new starters. New Gold group rehearse for NEYA night. All young people took part in activities to complete sections also 2 young people enrolled onto Silver . Great night lots of fun. We are still enrolling on a Wednesday and Thursday night Expedition costs are kept low for all young people.

Thursday night Duke of Edinburgh's one Bronze Award completed also 1 Gold Award approved well done Lucy Buckle. Young people updated edofe also we had one new start tonight hopefully returns next week.

Year 9 or 14 Years Old +
We are a open Duke of Edinburgh's Centre. We meet at Room 14. Pelton Community Centre. Front Street. Pelton. DH2 1DE. On a Wednesday / Thursday night from7pm - 9pm.
We have our own entrance at front of building .
Only DofE young people allowed into building. Parents drop off and return to pick up at end of session.
First session is free to see if young people wish to join group. Then cost is £1 per session which also covers cost to use gym if wish to use for physical section.
Cost of £33 to enrol onto Bronze or Silver and £40 for Gold 16+
We can help with all sections of awards plus all expedition training is given and expedition equipment provided . Also can give ideas volunteering section . We have young people attending from all areas and schools in County Durham and Gateshead. (St. Bedes, Hermitage, Park View, Lord Lawson, Cardinal Hume and Durham 6th Form etc)

Thursday night Duke of Edinburgh's session . Two Bronze Awards Completed, 1 new Bronze ,1 new Silver and 1 Gold Enrolled. Young people took part in activities to complete awards. Young people also took part in Music session with Morris Music.Great night we still have spaces for young people to enrol

Wednesday Duke of Edinburgh's 1 Silver Award completed. Two of Gold group are away doing Gold Residential working with young people with disabilities. Bronze, Silver and Gold took part in activities to complete awards. We are still enrolling onto Bronze group to enrol Year 9 or 14 years old. Please contact if interested

We are still enrolling young people on to Bronze Award. Aged 14 + or Year 9. We are a open Duke of Edinburgh's Centre. Costs are kept low first session free then £1 a session .Meet on a Wednesday and Thursday night 7pm to 9 pm. Young people attend from Park View, Hermitage, St. Bedes and Cardinal Humes also from all areas of Durham . Please contact if want anymore information.
