💚 WE'RE RECRUITING – FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER!

Before you offer a solution, what would you want to understand?

At CHEXS, we're not looking for someone who immediately jumps to the presenting problem.

We're looking for someone who gets curious. Someone who listens before deciding what a family needs, recognises strengths as well as pressures and asks:
🌱 What has changed?
💚 What matters most to this family?
🤝 What is already working?
💭 What am I assuming?
✨ Where do we start?

We're looking for an experienced Family Support Worker who is confident having difficult conversations, maintaining clear professional boundaries and working alongside schools, health, housing and community partners.

If this sounds like the way your mind works, we'd love to hear from you!

📅 Closing Date: Monday 2 November 2026 at 9am
🗓️ Interview Date: Friday 6 November 2026

💚 WE'RE RECRUITING – FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER!

Family support doesn't always begin in an office or with a formal appointment.

Sometimes it starts around a kitchen table. Sometimes it's a conversation after the school run, at one of our Parenting Unplugged sessions, or during a walk where someone finally feels comfortable enough to open up.

At CHEXS, we're looking for an experienced Family Support Worker who understands the importance of creating those moments.

Someone who can support parents and carers one-to-one, build trusting relationships and create welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable talking, sharing and being heard.
Someone who knows when to listen, when to ask another question and when to simply give someone the space they need. 💚

🌱 Does this sound like the way you work? We'd love to hear from you!
