National Adoption Week continues all this week highlighting the importance of all the everyday things that make a difference to a child's life.

Diagrama Fostering and Adoption, which supports foster carers across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex, is searching for a foster family with two spare bedrooms who can offer stability, security and warmth to a five-year-old boy and his seven-year-old sister.

11 jumpers still to leap this coming Monday.
On Monday 28th September the remaining 11 members of our team (congratulations to Sam and Kash from Edensor who successfully completed their skydive) will attempt their jumps. So there is still plenty of time to support them with a donation and help us reach our target. The 11 made up of staff and people we support from Cabrini, Fostering and Adoption and Duckyls Farm have all put in so much preparation, taken on the challenge and raised money to help create more opportunities for vulnerable children and adults supported by Diagrama. As they prepare to take that final leap on Monday, we want to give them all the encouragement and support we can.

The team is aiming to raise £25,000, which will help fund accessible learning spaces, sensory and wellbeing resources, enrichment activities, therapeutic support and outdoor learning opportunities.
