"Everything was meaningless, a chasing after the wind." (Ecclesiastes 2:11)

Solomon had wealth, pleasure, success, and power beyond anything most of us will ever experience. Yet after pursuing everything his heart desired, he discovered that none of it could satisfy the deepest longings of his soul.

Many life-controlling habits promise comfort, escape, relief, or fulfilment. Yet sooner or later they leave us wanting more.

In our latest blog, we explore Solomon's journey and what it teaches us about addiction, recovery, and finding lasting satisfaction in Christ.

One of the hardest spiritual lessons I have had to learn is this:

God does the rescuing — not me.

Not my striving.
Not my self-control.
Not my endless overthinking.
Not my ability to “finally get it together.”

Psalm 40 reminds us:
“He brought me up out of a horrible pit…”

He did it.

This new blog shares some of my own journey through fear, surrender, emotional struggle, and learning to trust God with desires, disappointments, and deeply personal longings.

When po*******hy enters a marriage or family, the pain can feel overwhelming. Many spouses carry grief, confusion, insecurity, and exhaustion in silence.

But you are not alone.
And you are not responsible for another person’s sinful choices.

Our latest blog offers biblical encouragement and practical hope for spouses, family members, and friends walking through the difficult impact of po*******hy.

The battle with addiction often begins long before a behaviour—it begins in the mind. The lies we believe can keep us trapped in shame, fear, and destructive cycles. Yet Scripture reminds us that in Christ we can “take captive every thought” and walk in truth, grace, and freedom.

Not the big public moments…
But the small, hidden ones.

What we dwell on.
What we replay.
What we believe.

These are the places where God gently meets us.
