What a beautiful and inspiring weekend it has been. ✨

On 20-21 June, our team from Art Unites, a project supported by United Action Charity Trust, proudly took part in the amazing Beautiful World Festival — and it was truly unforgettable.

Over the festival, we created a space filled with art, creativity, healing, music, workshops, meaningful conversations and beautiful human connection.

We believe deeply that creativity has the power to heal, unite communities, help people integrate, and give talented individuals a chance to be seen, heard, and appreciated.

This project exists to support migrant artists, creatives, healers and talented people who are building new lives and deserve opportunities to share their gifts with the world.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported us, volunteered with us, visited our space, contributed their energy, and helped bring this vision to life.

And we are grateful to and proud to support amazing and talented artists from Ukrainian Artists and Art community that showcased beautiful art space at festival

And now we want to say this:

Our community is growing — and we are open to everyone.

With gratitude and purpose

We are pleased to share that our panel discussion
“Ukraine: War in Europe Today. Its Impact on Children. What Can Be Done?”
has successfully taken place.

This was a difficult, but deeply important conversation. We focused not only on the visible destruction caused by war, but also on its often unseen emotional, psychological, and social impact on children — and on meaningful ways to support long-term recovery.

WINTER WONDERS — UPDATE ❄️✨

We’ve received over 100 submissions for our creative contest!
Thank you to everyone who shared your illustrations, paintings, photos, stories, and winter magic.
Your creativity is truly inspiring, and our team is already reviewing each piece with great care.

Today we are delighted to introduce the jury representing UACT, who will help us choose the finalists.

Maria Onopko

Filmmaker and content creator with a distinctive, imaginative vision.
She studies at University of the Arts London and works across multiple formats — from film to social media storytelling.

Solomiia

Former Chief Prosecutor in Ukraine.
Trainee Solicitor in the UK.
Founder of Ukraine Employment Integration (Help Chain).
Director of East European Operations at the Wisdom Trust.
Ukrainian community advocate.
Painter.
Conducts interviews with Ukrainian and British HelpChain partners at United Action TV, highlighting integration, legal pathways, and community development.

Yulia Fitsaylo

Journalist, interviewer, and host at United Action TV.
She highlights the voices and stories of Ukrainians building their lives in the UK, turning conversations into meaningful narratives.
