A Royal tribute to 85 years of "Venture Adventure"! ✉️👑

We are immensely honoured to share this special message from our Royal Honorary Air Commandant, HRH The Princess of Wales, marking the 85th Anniversary of the Air Training Corps.

In her letter, Her Royal Highness recognises the tireless dedication of our adult volunteers and permanent staff since the Corps' formation in 1941. This Royal commendation is a testament to the spirit and standards upheld by every unit across the UK and overseas.

THE ACT OF REMEMBRANCE

On Sunday the cadets and staff of 351 once again took part in Burton Upon Trent's Remembrance Service and Act of Remembrance.

Today we were all reminded of the sacrifices made in time of war.

It is all the more poignant as in this year we commemorate the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, with all the sacrifice that conflict entailed.

In addition to the large turnout of cadets from 351, Cadet Sergeant Bracewell carried the Squadron banner and Cadet Warrant Officer Jones was honoured to lay a wreath at the Memorial on behalf of the Squadron, being her last official parade with the Squadron. We were also honoured with the attendance of our OC Wing who received the general salute. Our Lord Mayors Cadet, Cadet Cpl Abbott who carried the Mayors wreath, and the whole parade which was led by our amazing Corps of Drumbs. thanks to Brol Photography for the amazing pictures

Fantastic celebration of 1122 Squadron at their annual dinner. It is great for 351 Squadron to collaborate with 1122 Squadron to share resources and provide an excellent experience for our young people.

Cadets took part in Esports last night and all had a great time.

Cadets have had a great weekend at Sector Training. Cadets have done courses in Fieldcraft, Leadership, Radio, Methods of Instruction, First Aid and e-Sports.
Also special mention to Cpl Jones who was promoted to Sergeant. He has demonstrated commitment to the Sqn and fantastic attitude towards cadet activity. Well done!
