FORMBY COASTAL HIKE

Join us for a beautiful day by the coast as we explore the stunning sand dunes, woodland trails and beach at Formby.

This family-friendly 8km walk is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, meet new people, boost your wellbeing and create special memories with your children.

After the hike, we’ll have time to relax on the beach, build sandcastles and enjoy the fresh sea air together.

🚌 Coach departs Burton Town Hall: 7:30 AM

Yoga has been one of our busiest classes with ladies of all ages attending BUT mainly those in the GOLDEN Generation! Our Mothers, our Aunties…Our Queens 👑

Our first session we had around 8 women turn up, NOW we have more than 30 regulars attend our Monday morning sessions. 🤩

Burton Unity creates safe spaces BUT Sam has built trusting relationships with each and every single woman who attends.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Hicks Lodge, these sessions offer an opportunity to slow down, move mindfully, connect with nature and focus on your wellbeing.

No experience is needed. The movements are gentle, accessible and suitable for all abilities.

Another month, another ladies only hike in the beautiful Peak District.

In May we had 30 wonderful women hike Win Hill together. Some say it was the ‘best hike ever’… but I’m sure they said the ‘last hike was the best hike ever’. 🤩

We had sunshine and a beautiful breeze.
Smiles and laughter.
It was a GOOD day!
