So glad our Year 6’s had a great time learning these very important life long skills. We are so proud to support with the funding of this training. 😁
The past two days have been absolutely incredible 💚
Sam had the pleasure of spending time with the amazing Year 6 pupils at St John & St Francis School in Bridgwater, and to say they were fantastic would be an understatement 🙌✨
We were so lucky to spend a full day with each class (instead of our usual 1 hour 30 minutes), which meant we could really dive deep into life-saving skills 🚑
From handling emergencies, unconscious but breathing casualties, CPR & AED use ❤️🩹, to burns, bleeds, choking, head injuries, and fractures. All brought to life with loads of fun, hands-on activities!
What truly stood out though was their maturity and inclusivity 💭💫
The thoughtful questions they asked, especially about people who might otherwise be overlooked in a first aid situation, were just incredible. It’s something we’re really passionate about at Mini First Aid, so hearing that level of awareness was amazing 🫶
A huge well done to Eagles and Kestrels 🦅 you absolutely wowed me! I’ve had the best time and I really hope to see you all again.
