Hope Rescue need old Towels

🐾 Hope Rescue need our help!

🐾 THEY NEED OLD TOWELS 🐾

If you have a stash of old towels you no longer need, they would be grateful to take them off your hands.

🙏🏻 Drop them off at your local Hope Rescue charity shop, or bring them to the centre (the centre is closed to the public on Wednesdays)

I had my Cardiac CT scan this week. It all went well and they said the images where nice and clear.
Hopefully they will find the reason for my horrible Angina pains.

I went over to the Gothic today, again some pig has dumped fire ashes in the front garden 😔😞. Have they no respect?.
I spent some time gardening but I'm very limited to what I can do due to my physical disability and Angina.
If we had some help on a regular basis it would be a great help.
Still it looked a little better when I left I took all the rubbish out.

So that you all know, we are still waiting for results from cardio team about how well Julian is healing. Till we know what's going on we cannot reopen.
Im also waiting for heart tests for my unstable Angina.
So things are justa healing time.

I had my Botox today.
For my migraines. I had a new nurse technician.
The last two nurses I had been seeing had one had retired and one has moved away. He said he is now the only
Headache & Migraine specialist who is doing Botox injections for entire Country of Wales! He has over 600 patients and he doesn't even have a PA to help him arrange his appointment system.
He said he has a year to 2 waiting list for new patients but as it's now only him he can't accept anyone new.
This is all due to funding cuts in the NHS.
He is desperate to hire at least one or two new trained headache specialist nurses.
I am extremely grateful to being one of the few being treated.

Our Son Matt has Aspergers and likes to watch old VHS videos especially ones with TV series on and old adverts but likes films too. If anyone has any still lying around we would love to have them please. We are in Pontycymer.
