CFA is a Independant Professional front line charity that provides low cost Crisis furniture packs to those most in need in our community
we are here to help, our core work is to provide home furniture packs to those on the lowest income and vulnerable members of our community who are most in need who have been allocated empty accommodation. we provide all of the basic furniture & household items needed to set up a comfortable and safe home. We provide this service at as low as possible rate we make no profit but must cover our basic running costs in order to stay open. We seldom sell individual items that are part of our key packs as stock levels are tightly controlled if we sell items that are part of our packs it would mean a person in need would not receive all of the items they need. Julian Cash Bca Mbe and i went out to a day organised by our great umbrella organisation BAVO .
It was so great to meet up, chat we new faces and old, get some ideas about where we can get funding from.

I am i from the pysio.i went to see them about my foot, ankle and lower right leg that hurt last year when Julian Cash Bca Mbe had his heart attack.
It's a complicated picture.
I had a xray today, therey are not expecting to find anything but to just check there is nothing broken.
Luke the pysio is very kind.
He said my achililes is intact which is hood news. However, he doesn't know what is causing such terrible pain.
I will go back and he will try some strengthening things i can do. However its going to be a very long term and no idea if it is going to ever really get better. This may be as good as it gets as its nit a "normal" injury
I need to now look into getting a new walker with a seat. My crutches are now too painful to walk with. I am also looking for a new electric wheelchair.

This means i will be looking at moving on from my crutches that are no longer good enough for me onto a walker if i can get the right one and then a electric wheelchair.
