Friday 12th June between 1:30-3pm

Meeting at Hartshorn House Health & Wellbeing Centre the team will be joined by Valleys Steps who will deliver a session on 5 steps to wellbeing, where we can learn how to manage our mental health. We will also be available to chat about your caring role.

🌟 Carers Week Community Café🌟

We have a special day planned this Wednesday, 12pm - 2.30pm

🔹Carers Trust Wales will be visiting us with two pieces of art to display. One created with Nathan Wyburn and the help of some of the young carers we support and another created to represent short breaks.
🔸The Bridgend County Mayor will be in attendance
🔹The lead and deputy lead of Adult Social Care
🔸 Local Councillor
🔹 The Carers Choir

Joining us for this information sharing event will be BAVO, Bridgend County Care & Repair, Bridgend County Borough Council Local Community Co-ordinators, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Mental Health Matters Wales, Bridgend Carers Wellbeing Tuvida, Employability Bridgend, Baobab Bach CIC, Ableworld, Home Instead Bridgend & Porthcawl and more!

There will also be free tea/coffee and cake!
