I have some sad news ☹️

Beautiful Minds group will be stopping.

This has not been an easy decision to make especially knowing how many of you have joined me over the last 18 months.

To those who have joined me know how much my eldest daughter has struggled with anxiety and her separation anxiety has become quite bad that it has made leaving for the meeting incredibly difficult for her.

The decision maker however has been that sadly wiggles is closing 🥺 so it kind of made the decision for me.

I am so sorry to those who find this group helpful.

I am grateful to those who came and helped me more than you realise even though you turned up for yourself

I am proud of those who turned up consistently and I saw how much you pushed through those hard times and to see you come out the other side with wonderful things happening for you - it seriously warms my heart. 🫶🏼

Thank you for all the support to me, to yourself and the others in each meetings

We’re meeting tonight 6:30-8:30pm at Wiggles Play in Idle.

You can turn up at any time during the 2 hours and also you don’t have to stay the full time. Even if you join us for half an hour

The main door to Wiggles Play Space is just down the dirt road (off the main road) and just on the right hand side.

I will put a poster on the door to make it a little more obvious. The door will be locked so please ring the bell and I will come and meet you to let you in so if you’re a bit nervous just know I’ll be walking in with you.

Also, wiggles asks that there are no shoes worn upstairs in the room where we meet so feel free to bring your slippers

There will also be refreshments for you.

The group isn’t on tonight with it being New Years Eve. It will be back on again on 14th January

I would like to take this moment to wish you all a Happy New Year.
But don’t feel like it has to look like everyone else’s. NYE can be a real struggle for some for many different reasons and that’s ok.

I for one have already accepted that my NYE will just be like any other night. I won’t be staying up until midnight, u won’t be watching fireworks, Personally I’m struggling with leaving 2024 as I feel like I’m leaving my dad behind. 💔 so if I treat it like any other night it won’t feel like that.

It’s ok if you don’t set resolutions and goals, it’s ok if you’re carrying some “baggage” into 2025.

Whatever you need to do to just carry on is fine as it’s your journey and it’s where you’re meant to be

Hi guys, sorry to have to do this but I’m going to have cancel tonight’s group. I’m still recovering after my surgery and I’ve left it until last minute in hope that I’d feel ok. We’ll definitely be back in 2 weeks time.

WOW!!! It’s been 1 whole year since the very first meeting for Beautiful Minds!

To all the ladies I’ve met in that time - you’re truly amazing. And what we’ve achieved together is something to be proud of.

We’ve offered support to each other in our darkest of times and offered a safe place to those who need it.

I couldn’t have done this without any of you 🫶🏼❤️
