But don't rest easy will you because we have now started to think about Christmas! Our hope is to be able to add some special Christmas items - crackers, puddings, biscuits, you know - to our usual food bags in November and December. So if you can help drop your festive offerings in to us when you pass or at one of our supermarket drop off points. Thanks in anticipation.

Wow. Ever got to work and found you can't get in because of the donations made by the local community? We have! This is what we found after Harvest Festival donations from Immanuel Southbourne , Parish of Southbourne-on-Sea and Pokesdown Primary School. What wonderful generosity. Thank you everyone.

Here are the main items we need for the coming week: tins of potatoes, tins of meat (stew, curry, meatballs, pies etc), jelly, pasta and pasta sauce. Toiletries are always welcome - and please do donate any spare carrier bags you have. Thank you for your continued support - it is much appreciated.

Thanks to the wonderful our stocks are building up nicely. But do you know what's holding us back? We're running out of plastic bags for our food parcels. We are keen to recycle as much as we can and we are happy to receive used bags (in good condition). Can you help?
