I am attending training this weekend, to give me the best possible knowledge in order to support my lovely members the best way I can 🥰

There are 45 other consultants attending and 6 of us from the Bournemouth team.

Between us all we took food optimising food and snacks and had a picnic 🧺🥗🍓 After all, sharing is caring ❤️

Last week in group we held our Woman of The Year 2026 competition 👑

We enjoyed lots of taster food and had a great week celebrating all our lovely ladies in group 🎉

Congratulations to Natalie Saywell from our 5.30 group and Shelley Morris from our 7pm who were crowned our worthy winners 👸

Natalie has lost 2 Stone 5.5lbs and is a beautiful target member 🎯

Shelley has lost 3 Stone 11.5lbs ❤️

I would like to introduce our Diamond Target member of the year 2026…..

Maggie has lost just over 3 stone and has been at target for 2 years now. Maggie’s health and quality of life has improved no end. Look at the smile on that face. Maggie still enjoys meals out, get togethers with the family and lives her best life.

These amazing ladies were made group finalists of our Two Together 2026 in our Bear Cross Slimming World Group ✨

Shelley and Micha have lost an amazing 4 Stone 10lbs between them and were chose by head office to attend the National Finals where only 7 other couples attended.

💜 A massive thank you to my Bear Cross members 💜

68 bags were collected, donating approx £1700 to Cancer Research UK ❤️

That’s 68 bags of clothes that are now too big for my members 🥳

Come along on a Thursday to my Bear Cross Group at Howe Croft Community Centre at either 17.30 or 19.00 if you want to be wearing smaller clothes too 🌟
