Reverse Advent is back!

Our friends at Nourish Blandford are inviting people to come together with friends, family, colleagues or church groups to collect essential items for local people this Christmas.

It's a simple way to make a difference in your community while working together towards a shared goal.

🎄 Our friends at Wimborne Foodbank are once again running their Reverse Advent Calendar to help provide food parcels and Christmas hampers for local people in need.

By donating a few items during the run-up to Christmas, you can help make a real difference to someone in our community.

A great way to help your local community!

How can you get involved in helping your community through Bournemouth Foodbank?
We are currently in need of warehouse volunteers to help sorting food donations and making up our food parcels. We are also desperately in need of volunteers for our supermarket collections. Both roles play an essential part in making sure no-one in our community goes hungry.

We're delighted to share this lovely event from our friends at Poole Food Bank, bringing together local residents for a morning of crafting, friendship and community.

Whether you're creative or simply fancy trying something new, this sounds like a wonderful opportunity to connect with others and enjoy a few hours of creativity and conversation.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome some very special guests to Poole Lifecentre & Foodbank on 7th October!

Residents from Canford Chase Care Home will be joining us to run a wonderful crafting session — and having seen some of their work, I can honestly say their crafting skills are exceptional! ✨

We’re so excited to offer our own clients the opportunity to sit alongside them, learn from them, share stories, have a cuppa, and most importantly… get creative together.

Because crafting isn’t just about what you make.

It’s about connection.
It’s about taking some time for yourself.
It’s about chatting, laughing and learning something new.
And sometimes, it’s simply about having a couple of hours where the worries of everyday life can be put to one side.

So, if you need a little time out from the hassle and bustle, or you’ve been waiting for an opportunity to let your inner creative come out…
