lst our soup kitchens are now only twice a week, our work to provide for families and individuals in need has never been busier and more important. We have around 150 referrals for food hampers every week, together with toiletries and household items, clothes and white goods when we can. We are an independent charity & do not receive any supplies directly from the donation bins in supermarkets or receive any additional funds by central or local government or food banks. This said all the support we provide in the way of food hampers is via referrals from schools, social services and health care providers. We also aim to try and bring a little happiness back into the lives of people who perhaps, through no fault of their own, find themselves without things most of us take for granted, such as food and shelter. We have a list of foods we keep available. We also have a large range of clothes, shoes and bedding donated by our supporters.
