A HUGE shout out to one of our amazing ambassadors, Sam Bumford, who is taking on the Run Bournemouth 10K this weekend to raise vital funds for The Dorset Cancer Care Foundation! 🙌🎉

And she’s doing it for a very special reason. ❤️

Running in memory of her Uncle Simon, Sam is lacing up her trainers this weekend to help support Dorset residents and families facing the financial pressures that can come with a cancer diagnosis.

It’s a challenge fuelled by love, remembrance and an incredible desire to make a difference. 🥹💗 We’re so proud to have Sam as part of our DCCF family!

Coach House Fitness is taking on the Dorset Plane Pull 2026!

On Monday 31st August, we're swapping barbells for a Boeing 737 as the Coach House Fitness team takes on one of Dorset's most unique fundraising challenges!

We'll be joining forces to pull a Boeing 737 a full 50 metres to raise money for the incredible Dorset Cancer Care Foundation, helping local people and families affected by cancer when they need it most.

This isn't about being the strongest—it's about pulling together for a fantastic local cause.

If you'd like to support us, we'd really appreciate a donation, no matter how big or small. Every pound goes towards helping local families across Dorset.

We'll be sharing plenty of training updates (and probably a few aching legs afterwards! 😅)
