We had such a brilliant time at the Forest Community Fun Day on Saturday 1 August.

It was a wonderful opportunity to speak with members of our community, other organisations and new supporters about Cherry Trees and the volunteer roles we have available.

On our stall we hosted a challenge for our visitors to see who could guess the number of cherries in a jar, raising funds to support the children and families we work with. Our friendly competition went down an absolute treat and our winner, Louise, was delighted to join us at Cherry Trees – Goldcrest Lodge to collect her prize – a delicious food hamper prepared and donated by Tesco.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall and helped make the day such fun and to Tesco for their generous donation. We can’t wait to see you all at our next community event!

We are really looking forward to joining the Bordon community at the Forest Community Centre Family Fun Day next week.

It’s set to be a fantastic day full of fun, games and community spirit, and we’ll be there with a Cherry Trees stall. Come along and say hello, learn more about our work, and discover the many volunteering opportunities we have available in the Hampshire area. 💚
