Please help us spread the word about this small charity that consistently punches above its weight. Every volunteer taking part has self-funded their place, ensuring the money raised supports the vision of building a much-needed respite lodge for Armed Forces families in the Lake District.

Guaranteed to be an entertaining day for the whole family. Good luck to this year’s teams 👍

Howzat for a good cause? 🏏🐾

Alton’s Freemasons are delighted to be taking part once again in this year’s Alton Victorian Cricket Tournament on Sunday 28 June 2026, from 10am at The Butts Green.

Our players are dusting off the whites… or, more accurately, whatever “white-ish” costume box disaster we end up wearing this year. Expect questionable athleticism, dramatic appeals, possibly some cricket, and definitely plenty of laughs.

Most importantly, the day will help raise vital funds for Dogs for Autism, a fantastic charity making a real difference to somebody with autism and their families.

Come along, enjoy a brilliant family-friendly day, cheer us on, and help support a wonderful cause. And while you’re there, if you’d like to find out more about Freemasonry, come and have a chat — we’re always happy to answer a question.

Cricket, costumes, community spirit… and a very real chance of someone taking a wicket far too seriously. What’s not to love?

The Woolmer Forest BBQ 2026

The sun was out, the drinks were cool, and a whopping £445 was raised in the raffle alone!

A fantastic effort from everyone involved, and not a bad way to spend an evening with the friends and families of the Lodge.

White Table Evening | Woolmer Forest Lodge No.3872

On Wednesday 27th May, Woolmer Forest Lodge No.3872 hosted a special White Table Evening, welcoming representatives from five local charities who shared the incredible work they do across our community.

Thanks to funds raised through social functions and festive board raffles, the Lodge was proud to present donations totaling £3,420 to:

🔹Bordon Men's Shed 🔹Cherry Trees 🔹Phyliss Tuckwell 🔹Kingsley Centre 🔹Rosemary Foundation

In a wonderful surprise, the Lodge of Instruction members also made their own donation to the Bordon Men's Shed — a fantastic gesture from our members.

A truly memorable evening enjoyed by all 55 members and guests. The charities were extremely grateful for the donations and the continued support from the Lodge.

And that’s a wrap, folks.

An incredible 346 people attended today’s PSA testing event held at the Bordon Masonic Centre — a truly fantastic turnout and something everybody involved should be proud of.

A huge thank you to Prostate Cancer Support Organisation for delivering the event, alongside every single volunteer who helped with the planning and gave up their time on the day itself. Your effort, energy and commitment made the whole event run smoothly from start to finish… and at times even kept us entertained!

It was brilliant to see so many familiar and new faces coming together for such an important cause. Events like this really do show the power of community and what can be achieved when people pull together... Freemasonry at it's best.

Well done to everybody involved, and the best of luck to all those awaiting their results over the coming days. 💙

A huge thank you to all the individuals and Lodges across the North East Area who have worked so hard to raise funds in support of Phyllis Tuckwell.

Today’s tour of the new hospice brought home exactly why those efforts matter. Seeing the facilities first-hand — and understanding the care, dignity and comfort they will provide — was incredibly moving and left everyone feeling rightly positive.

The new hospice includes 18 ensuite inpatient rooms, space for loved ones to stay overnight, a wellbeing and rehabilitation centre, family rooms, clinical spaces and landscaped gardens. It will also help Phyllis Tuckwell work towards supporting 3,000 people a year by 2040.

With services provided free of charge, and over £30,000 needed every day to keep that care available, every donation, event, raffle and act of generosity has played a part in something truly special.

These facilities are set to make a profound difference — and everyone who helped raise funds should feel incredibly proud.
