A Polite Reminder to Residents

Please can we kindly remind all residents to dispose of household waste in your own household bins rather than the public bins around the village.

The public bins are intended for litter and small items of rubbish, not household waste. Unfortunately, we are finding that they are frequently overflowing as a result.

We would really appreciate your help in keeping our village clean and tidy.

We would love to hear from anyone who would like to be added to our wait list for a plot.

AMAZING NEWS – THANK YOU, LINDFORD! 💙
We are absolutely delighted to announce that this year's Village Fete raised a fantastic £3,237.10!
A HUGE thank you to all our wonderful volunteers who gave up their time to help organise, set up, run and clear away the fete. Events like this simply wouldn't be possible without you and we know that many fetes were cancelled this year.
We must also extend our thanks to everyone who came along, joined in the fun and supported the fete.
Every penny raised will go towards our new playground at The Triangle (opposite the spar/outdoor gym).
And we have even more exciting news... THE NEW PARK IS NOW FULLY FUNDED!
This means that work on transforming the old park into a fantastic new play space for our community will begin next year. We can't wait to see this project come to life and create somewhere for local children and families to enjoy for years to come.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has played a part in making this happen.
What a fantastic community we have here in Lindford.
