Are you looking for a safe, welcoming, and entirely free space for your teenagers to socialise after the school bell rings?

Y Plus Youth Services and Abri are partnering up to bring back Teen Cafe @ 1759 for the entire month of June!

Every Tuesday from 3.15pm to 5.15pm, secondary school-aged young people are invited to drop into Cafe 1759. It’s a brilliant central hub to connect, grab a drink or snack, and unwind with video games, board games, arts and crafts, or outdoor activities.

🗓️ Dates for the diary: June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th.
📍 Location: Cafe 1759
🎟️ Cost: Completely free entry.

👟 We are so excited to be joining the Beacon of Peace Charity Walk on Sunday, 21st June, and we want YOU to be part of our team!

Our Early Years Summer Sessions are officially open for bookings!

Designed specifically for children aged 2-5, our days are packed with:

Another great session this morning at Cafe 1759, with lawn games on the courtyard.

Big thanks to our volunteer helpers Molly and Poppy.

And just like that our Easter sessions are done!

Thanks to everyone who’s come to our Easter sessions - thanks to funding from Portsmouth City and Hampshire County Councils HAF schemes and Abri, we’ve been able to deliver funded sessions across the Easter break including free Lego and arts and crafts sessions, music classes, teen sessions including a swimming trip to Guildford, bbq and rounders session and much more!

And we’re back next week with Y+ Youth Club running at Oakmoor School on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, and some very exciting stuff in the pipeline…

We had a great afternoon at Woodlands Community Hall this afternoon - bbq, rounders and sunshine!

Thanks to Oakmoor School for their ongoing support of the use of their minibus, allowing us to shuttle young people from Bordon and Whitehill to Headley Down.

Thanks also to Connect4Communities - Hampshire County Council for their ongoing funding through the HAF scheme, without which we would not be able to deliver these sessions.

We had a great day with our friends from backbeatcollective making music with some amazing young people at The Base at portsmouthguildhall

Lovely to see some familiar faces and loads of new people coming along and trying instruments and coming together to make some awesome music together.

We’ll be back tomorrow making even more music.
