Our nurses go above and beyond every single day, but sometimes they do something unforgettable ✨

This week, one of our patients, May, was meant to be heading off on a special family trip to Disneyland Paris. Sadly, she became too poorly to travel.

So our team did something incredible, they brought Disney to May 🩷

In just 24 hours, our amazing nurses organised a magical Disney-themed party, with the help of colleagues, friends and our local community. This difficult time was transformed into something special and full of love.

Moments like this show what hospice care is really about – making every moment count, supporting families, and creating memories that will last forever.

Father’s Day can be a difficult time for anyone who has lost a father or father figure 🩵

This year, we’re inviting you to remember and celebrate them in a special way by creating an online Everlasting Tribute.

It’s a space where you can share photos, memories and messages with family and friends, keeping their story alive and close to your heart. You can also choose to fundraise in their memory, helping us continue to care for local families when they need it most.
