🌟 What a fantastic start at our new venue YMCA Lytham Official

What a brilliant turnout for our first Saturday session back after summer.

Our members have been getting involved in bowling and hockey skills, just look at the concentration, its great to see the development but most importantly, having lots of fun together!

Let us know what activities you would like see!

The facilities are fantastic here, and we’ve received such a warm welcome from everyone at YMCA Lytham. We’re really pleased that this will be our new Saturday venue for the foreseeable future.

From September, our Development and Competitive players will also train at Gamble Road every Friday from 5.00pm – 6.00pm, becoming part of an established community football club and its wider football community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our players, our members and anyone who would like to get involved and we are incredibly excited to get started!

♿ NEW LOW MOBILITY SESSIONS IN BLACKPOOL! 🎳

We’re excited to launch our new Low Mobility Sessions, designed for disabled people aged 15+ who find standing, walking or moving around difficult.

Come along, meet new people and enjoy adapted activities at your own pace. 💙

🎳 The first 8 weeks will include bowling with Blackpool & Wyre Crown Green Bowling Academy, alongside other physical activities and sports.

📅 Starts Tuesday 8 September 2026
📍 Blackpool Sports Centre, Stanley Park
⏰ Tuesday mornings, 10:30am–12:30pm
💷 £6 per session

Want to make a day of it? Stay for our afternoon boccia session from 1–3pm for £10 for the full day. Bring your lunch and join us for as much or as little as suits you.

No experience is needed, and support workers and carers are very welcome.
