This week one of our lovely residents gave a fascinating talk on the Inner German Wall and even brought along a piece of cement he collected when the wall came down.

The discussion naturally extended to the Berlin Wall with residents sharing their memories of where they were when the news broke that it would be coming down.

A special thank you to Sam who is with us on work experience, for preparing additional information on the Berlin Wall which helped to further enrich the discussion.

🎉 Celebrating National Carers Week 🎉

To show appreciation for the dedication and hard work of our amazing team, Home Manager Leon showed off his fabulous cooking skills on Friday and treated everyone to a delicious lunch of Beef Stew, Jerk Chicken, Rice, Tofu, Fried Cabbage and Sadza.

No occasion would be complete without treats, and our trolley was on hand to share a selection of goodies with the team.
