So October has been an extremely busy month for TS Duchess - as well as supporting RAF Wyton with their Trafalgar night dinner and Pickles night dinner, we have been supporting the RBL with poppy selling, a visit to the Historic dockyard in Portsmouth, and had our unit RNP inspection. We were also down to help support South Districts trafalgar parade but that unfortunately got cancelled due to the storms.

These cadets continue to impress week in week out!

Great day out at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard today!

We managed to visit HMS Victory (through the scaffolding!!) HMS Warrior, and experience the brand new Royal Marine experience.

And to top off a fantastic weekend for TS Duchess, we had 1 junior cadet bravely attend the district juniors Green module day by herself. It sounds like she had a fantastic time away!

Well what a weekend for TS Duchess.

Supporting the local community on the Saturday. And now we have had 2 cadets passing their leading cadet board today! Over the coming weeks we will see them ranked up once the all the paperwork has been submitted.

Such a fantastic effort. They have worked so so hard over the past year to build up to this and have done TS Duchess immensely proud.

Well done LC Welland and LC Freeston!

What a great morning supporting St Andrews Church fete. The band played twice and then the unit entered 4 teams into the gun run! The band sounded fantastic and it was great to see the teamwork in action for the gun run! This is the beginning of an extremely busy 8 weeks for the unit which includes 2 inspections, trafalgar parade and rememberance parade. Let's keep pushing TS Duchess!
