Join us as we celebrate 50 amazing years of Scouting in Sandy with a fantastic community celebration! 🪩🔥

This celebration is open to the whole community, and we’d love to welcome both familiar and new faces along for the evening. Whether you’ve been involved in Scouting before or are simply curious about what we do, come along and join the fun!

Scouting in Sandy has always been built on community spirit, adventure and volunteering. If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, volunteering, or your children joining Scouts, this is a brilliant opportunity to meet the team, see what we’re all about and be part of something special. 💚

🌈 Everyone Is Welcome at Sandy Scouts 🌈

You may have seen the recent announcement from Girlguiding regarding changes to their membership policy. We know this may feel worrying or upsetting for some young people and volunteers in our community.

At Sandy Scouts, we want to be absolutely clear:

Scouting remains open to all young people aged 4–25 and all adults who wish to volunteer - regardless of gender identity, sexuality, background, or ability.

You are welcome here. You belong here.

In Scouts, we believe in bringing people together, supporting one another, and creating opportunities for everyone to learn, grow, and have adventures. Inclusion is one of our core values, and we continue to stand firmly by it.
