💚 Thank You, Sandy! 💚

What an incredible evening celebrating 50 years of Scouting in Sandy!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to help us mark this special milestone. It was fantastic to see so many current members, former members, families, friends and members of the wider community coming together to celebrate the history, friendships and adventures that have made our Scout Headquarters such a special place over the last five decades.

Events like this don't happen without a lot of hard work behind the scenes, so we'd like to say a special thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who helped make the evening such a success.

🌭 Thank you to everyone who helped with the cooking and catering throughout the evening.

🔥 A big well done to our Explorers who did a fantastic job running the s'mores around the firepit and helping create such a great atmosphere.

🧭 Thank you to all the volunteers who organised and ran the activities that kept everyone entertained throughout the event.

🪩 Thank you to our DJs for providing a brilliant soundtrack to the evening and keeping the disco going all night.

🎶 And a very special thank you to Reunion Band for putting on a fantastic performance to help us celebrate this important occasion. Your contribution made the evening even more memorable.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended and helped us celebrate 50 years of adventure, friendship and community. Seeing so many people enjoying themselves and sharing memories was the perfect way to mark this milestone.

Here's to the next 50 years of Scouting in Sandy! ⚜️
