🩰 🩰 🩰
I've just enjoyed a beautiful ballet class with Tracy Hawkes in Coulter Village Hall. Tracey's approach is so calming and friendly, she is highly technical and skilled - a gorgeous dancer to watch. She offers us one-to-one corrections within the class and genuinely wants us all to be the best we can be. I walked out of the class at least 2 inches taller. Ballet is great for posture, strength, balance, lengthening and expression. Highly, highly recommend.

New black is starting two weeks today, Thursday 22nd Oct, 10am. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an evening class starting in the new year 🤞🤞🤞

Wishing my friends at Biggar Theatre Workshop a great week with their sold out production of the Vicar of Dibley.

What a day!!! I can't thank this wonderful group enough for taking on and embracing their inner Kate in our outdoor filming project. Thanks to Kirk - our videographer - Ian, Ann and John from The Dukes of Uke ( Biggar Ukulele Ensemble). Can't wait to see the final product, with the live music too.

🪩 Strictly Sweepstake 🪩
15 celebrity contestants are paired up and ready for the training room following the success of last nights launch show, and I for one cannot wait for next week!! I'm setting up a sweepstake again this year to raise funds for Dance for Parkinson's - SBorders (Movement for All). 😀

The prizes:
🪩Winner - £20 Dance Class Voucher (or equivalent) and Christmassy treat
🗼Blackpool - for the celebrity who leaves on week 9
🎃Halloween - for the celebrity who leaves on week 5
🥄The B***y Prize - for the first celebrity to leave the show

How it works - donate £5 to be entered into the sweepstake. You can enter as many times as you like. The celebrity names will be drawn at random, using the online name selector, Wheel of Names. 100% of all donations will go to Dance for Parkinson's SBorders.

Private message me to get involved.

Thanks everyone, and happy Strictly season. 💃
