Thank you so much to all the committee, businesses, volunteers and visitors who supported Bewdley Carnival this year.

I was delighted to receive a donation on behalf of the William Mills Foundation to help us to continue providing support for wonderful young people in Bewdley.

I’ll be volunteering at the Carnival again this year, but many more volunteers are needed. Please consider giving some time to help this wonderful event continue.

A fab effort from the whole team to prepare for this. Thanks for everyone’s support so far. If you meant to sponsor them, here’s your chance!

After an incredibly busy summer providing a Holiday Club at the Bewdley Youth Hub, fantastic to see our trustees are undertaking an amazing event to help raise funds to keep the Will Mills Centre open.

We are so sorry that these pre-planned outdoor events have had to be postponed. We were soooooo excited! Please keep an eye on the social feeds for new dates.

📢⚠️EVENTS POSTPONED⚠️📢

⚠️Mad Hatters Tea Party⚠️
⚠️River Rowing Event⚠️

Following discussions with our third-party providers, parents/carers and staff, we have made the sad and difficult decision to postpone both our Mad Hatter's Tea Party (Wednesday 12 August) and our River Rowing Event (Thursday 13 August) due to the extreme heat forecast.

The safety and wellbeing of our members and staff is our highest priority. As both activities were scheduled to take place during the hottest part of the day, we do not feel it would be safe to proceed. While we explored the possibility of running reduced sessions, we want to ensure everyone receives the best possible experience when these events take place.

We are currently looking at alternative dates and hope to reschedule both events soon, so please keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.

We will be contacting everyone who has already signed up directly. In addition, due to the extreme heat, the Youth Hub will be closed on Wednesday 12 August and Thursday 13 August to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our members and staff.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
