Last nights quiz night raised £263.25 thanks to all the helpers, volunteers and supporters for making it such a success. We are looking forward to our next one in March 2027 keep an eye out for information. Our next sponsored event is Boxing Day dip forms will be going out soon.

This weekend come along to help us raise funds for Berwick and Borders Carers Support to treat our carers.
Our carers look after family, friends or neighbours and often get no time to themselves so we would like to treat them to some time away so they can recharge their batteries. This can only be done with your support.

Children are welcome and there will be a quiz especially for them.
Adult quiz with a cash prize for winning team.
A Fantastic raffle with loads of prizes.

A shout out to all you carers out there caring for someone who has alzheimer's.
Alzheimer's and dementia is one of the most difficult disease to watch someone go through. It is especially difficult for carers, family and friends as they slowly watch the person they love disappear in front of them.
We salute you, we see you and we are here to support you through your alzheimer's journey.

Yes they do, guilty if they want to do something for themselves because the person they care for will be affected. Guilty about not being able to give the proper care the person deserves. Guilty about being tired and stressed. Guilty if they feel ill themselves.

I am feeling so guilty at the moment as I have my own health problems to address and I am worrying the people I care for as well as not being able to do the things I usually do 😕

WHAT DO YOU FEEL GUILTY ABOUT?

Remember we are all humans and it is perfectly natural to have these feelings, don't beat yourself up 😉
