Bar owners, brewers, and makers of all things beverages we are FULL!

The bar marquee applications have flown in this year, and we have allocated every spot we can (we need to leave a dance floor clear ya see!)

We are sending out final confirmations to our applicants this week, and then we'll be letting you all know what bars you can expect to be enjoying at Berwick Food and Beer Festival this August 14th - 16th

People really make the festival all that it is. Every year, we have returning and new businesses joining us in the Artisan Market, by the bar marquee and inside the marquee.

All these businesses uplift themselves and bring their incredible stock for you to enjoy. One of our favourites last year was community collab stall, which truly highlighted local and sustainable produce - a very "Slow Food" pitch 💚

We would LOVE to see more collaborations, and we are inviting other groups / traders to come forward if they'd like to share a space for the weekend. Share the cost, share the weekend of staffing, and come to our incredible Artisan Market with your business, your projects - we want to hear from you.

We are so excited for our 20th birthday edition of Berwick Food & Beer Festival coming to you this August!

Plans are well underway, and we are actually now reaching capacity for traders, which is so so incredible. If you were considering applying, then now is the time to do it, folks - get onto our website and complete the online form in order to be considered.

Our Artisan Market is a bustling collection of fantastic independent traders, makers and creators. We always strive to make sure this market is diverse and eclectic in its offering whilst also sticking to our Slow Food roots and concentrating on food and drink where we can.

That being said we have noticed a massive decline in food and drink stalls over the past few years - on site food and drink is huge and we could easily stock our market with street food vendors and food & drink offerings to enjoy on site but that just isn't what our market was supposed to be.

We are looking for food and drink stallholders who are interested in trading during the daytime hours on 15th & 16th in this market and not beside the bar marquee. This area is entry by donation and is still a really lovely busy place to be and to be trading!

It is time for traders to apply for Berwick Food and Beer Festival 2026!

We are thrilled to be bringing our festival to life this August, but we can't do it without the fantastic businesses who come along and make the festival buzz 🙌

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW LIVE
on our brand new website, so make sure you are using the link in our bio (or below on Facebook)

The traders' info sheets for everyone are on the website, too, so please read these in full before you send us any enquiries. The answers you need are probably on there!

We are running a discount for stallholders in the Artisan Market so if you have traded with us in the past 5 years as a stallholder in the market please head to the website and trader info sheet marked for stallholders for more information!

🗣 We have already received many enquiries for similar businesses (ie selling the same goods) we will be treating these as first come, first served at this time so please bear with us whilst we handle everyone's questions in the order we received them. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, we've been a little bit quiet, but don't you worry. Berwick Food and Beer Festival will be back for 2026 - our 20th birthday! 14th - 16th August - get it in your diaries folks.

Traders applications will open next week so please stay tuned!

We've had some time to recover from our 19th edition of Berwick Food and Beer Festival - it was one for the books, that's for sure.

Berwick showed up for us in unprecedented numbers over the weekend, and we have heard so many lovely things since. Bringing the community together is at the heart of the festival and it really felt like that's what we achieved this time.

With more for the kids to do, the comedy, music and drag, the demo kitchen, bustling market and diverse street food and bars this time round felt like a real celebration of amazing businesses both locally and regionally.

Thank you to all that made it possible, it really was a fantastic weekend!

Oh my gosh. What a weekend that was 🙌 There are just so many things to share about Berwick Food and Beer Festival 2025, but for now, it is just a message of gratitude from your festival directors Millie & Ray;

Thank you so much to everyone who came to enjoy the festival, we know it wasn't always smooth sailing and we know there's some things we need to change to make the experience even better - more loos, more space for starters!

To the incredible Berwick Rangers Juniors for our quickest pack down EVER - fantastic energy swooping in on us at our most tired. That is amazing community spirit 💪

A huge thank you to our volunteers, an incredible team who smiled all the way through whilst working really hard and to our committee members.

We are so so grateful to all the traders from stalls, street food to bars - you were all amazing ❤️

We cannot forget the sponsors of this year's celebration helping us to bring it all to life Berwick Chamber of Trade and support from too.

Thanks to for coming up for our Demo Kitchen on Saturday and to all the facilitators of demos over the two days. Also to our family activities facilitators of the Living Barracks and Ravn Clay.

We have to mention Oli and his team at for opening up their gates with a smile everyday, helping us when we needed it and providing a gorgeous chill space plus comedy venue. We were so glad to have involved again too, you guys smash it everytime.

Extra big love to Stevie Jack and his team for setup and takedown, Myreton Marquees, Sitting Pretty, PFL Audio, Simon Landels and his team, Berwick Town Council and their lovely wardens and Noon Entertainments (those games went down a treat all weekend!) Not to forget Apex Security for keeping us safe!

We are also so thankful to Richard Keech, our music coordinator, and to all the musicians and entertainers that brought the vibe and soundtrack to the weekend in the marquee.

A massive thanks to for not only having us on their doorstep but also helping us when we needed it most!
