Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The AGM of the Holbrook Arkwright Hall Village Community Centre (HAHVCC) will be held on:
📆Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at⌚ 7:00 pm in the 📍Holbrook Arkwright Hall

AGENDA
1. Minutes of Annual General Meeting held 20th October 2025
2. To receive the Annual Report of the General Committee
3. To receive the accounts of the Association for the preceding financial year
4. To note the names of the persons appointed/elected to serve as members of the General Committee under Clause 10(a) (i)-(ii)
10(a) (i)
Holbrook Parish Council – 2 Members
10(a) (ii)
Parochial Church Council – 1 Member

5. To elect 2 Representatives of Full members to serve on the General Committee, in accordance with Clause 10(a) (iii)
(Note two members to be elected by attendees at the AGM who are either individuals aged eighteen and over who live and are permanently resident within the area of benefit or are an elected Representative of a User Group.)
6. To consider and vote on any proposals to alter this constitution in accordance with clause 22
7. To consider any other business of which not less than 3 weeks notice shall be given to the secretary

September's Community Cinema event 😊 Put the date in your diaries! Bring a bottle if you fancy something stronger than tea and coffee 🍷 and don't forget 50p for the intermission icecream 😃
