Calling all Brooksite parents!

🌟🌟We need you! 🌟🌟

Our Annual General Meeting in on Tuesday 3rd November at 7pm at preschool and it would be lovely to see you there!

We desperately need committee members to help support the running of preschool (behind the scenes I’ve got preschool covered!), organise events, and bring any ideas you may have to move preschool forward! We have to have a minimum number of registered members and we have some people stepping down this time so we really need some new parents to join ☺️

Inset days hit different when there are sheds that need a deep clean!

Having the day to sort out resources has been really amazing and refreshing 🌟

We can now access our toys with ease, see what we have, and have made space for new resources ☺️🌟

Thank you to the wonderful ladies at Brooksite who put everything into today to organise the sheds, a well deserved break is needed over half term ☺️🌟❤️

Heres a selection of our Halloween activities so far!

Lots of messy, sensory play- which all the children loved

They even got to take turns in taking out the seeds from our pumpkin🎃

There will be lots more spooky activities to follow as we draw to an end of the school term this week!

As Halloween half term approaches, here are some activities we have made for the children to take home to keep them busy during their week off! 🎃

Encouraging lots of outdoor time doing a scavenger hunt to then bring all their items into preschool so we can display all of their wonderful findings and sharing during a bingo game to play with family and friends🍁🧩

Best start in life family hubs are opening in Birdholme and Cotmanhay.

These family hubs are a great resource to support families with all sorts of things from potty training, health rating and much more.

We will hopefully be having more of these hubs pop up in the local area so keep updated through the best start in life website ☺️

Join us at our open day and discover the support, information and services available to families from pregnancy through to starting school.

Today our children had a trip to Bluebells dairy farm 🐷🐄🐐

The children did amazing, they hand fed the animals and listened carefully to everything the farm guide had to say!

They even got a live milking experience to watch and learn all about the milk cycle🐄🥛

Followed by a ice cream treat at the end🍦

As Christmas is slowly creeping up on us all, we are asking if any businesses would be so kind and able to provide a donation to our charity run preschool Christmas Raffle

All the money raised will go directly into the children at preschool in all kinds of ways including learning materials and toys

In return for any donations we will promote your company in our preschool setting acknowledging you as a Brooksite Pre School supporter!
