👩‍💻Meet Lilli - Our New Recruitment And Business Administration Apprentice 👩‍💻
"Hello everyone! I have recently joined Home Support Matters as the Recruitment and Business Administration Apprentice in August, so I'm still quite new to the team.

I've just finished Sixth form where I studied Business, Economics and Sociology and found a true passion within the HR sector specifically recruitment. I'm really looking forward to putting what I've learnt into practice and putting a positive impact into our customers lives.

In my role I will be supporting recruitment including interviewing and welcoming new candidates to the team. I've loved working at HSM and have enjoyed learning new things and getting to know the team .I'm looking forward to helping new candidates begin their journey within HSM and to grow as a person within the business."
