🎉 Taking part in Love Basingstoke’s Create and Discover? Don’t forget your scratch card this weekend! 🎉

Bring it along to the festival and watch one of the performances before you scratch off a box and reveal your reward. Make sure you show one of the festival team in their pink T-shirts who can validate the card and give you the code you need to claim your reward.

It’s a fun way to make the most of the event. If you haven't joined in yet speak to one of the team who can give you a card (limited supply).

✨Here's how you see all the performances in one day in Basingstoke town centre on Saturday 27 June. For BSL Interpretation follow route one.✨

Don't forget you can also enjoy some festival magic 'Out and About' on Sunday 28 June in Beggarwood Park and Chineham Park Splash Pad.

Hey Everyone!! Happy Tues-YAY! Just four days to go until Fashion‑IFFICENT launches! with Basingstoke Festival 🥳🎉

Get ready to be inspired and discover how much magic you can make from junk, from fabulous upcycled clothes to imaginative recycled toy creations. It’s nearly time to get truly Fashion‑FANTASTIC!

✨ Junk‑TASTIC Festival Fun Schedule ✨

Cloth Mending Workshops — 11:00am to 12:15pm

Fashion Ball — 12:15pm to 12:45pm

Fashion IFFICENT — 12:45pm to 1:15pm

Bag‑Making Workshops — 1:15pm to 2:00pm

Cloth Mending Workshops — 2:00pm to 2:50pm

Fashion Ball — 2:50pm to 3:20pm

Fashion IFFICENT — 3:20pm to 3:50pm

Location: Basingstoke Town, at the Amphitheatre behind the cinema.

From lively performances to buzzing crowds and unforgettable moments, the first weekend really set the tone. It’s been amazing to see so many people come together and make the most of it.

What a fantastic first Saturday of the festival! 🌞✨

It’s been a brilliant day full of poetry, dance, music and so much more and it wouldn’t have been the same without all of you. Thank you to everyone who came along.

We’re not done yet! You’ll find us tomorrow in Tadley and Bishops Green, and we’ll be back next weekend with plenty more outdoor arts to enjoy.

Wow – what a way to kick off this year’s festival! 🎉

The parade was absolutely incredible! Thank you to everyone who took part, came along to watch, and followed us all the way down to the Amphitheatre.

Mr Wilson's Second Liners had the whole crowd on their feet and dancing, and it was fantastic to see the first showing of Tit for Tat's Disorder of Knights. And of course, we loved seeing the Beast of Basingstoke unveiled!

If you missed tonight, don’t worry – Mr Wilson’s Second Liners and Tit for Tat will be back again tomorrow.
