is a small, family orientated provision of Supported Living to People with Disabilities, predominantly with Learning Disabilities
We provide homes so young and older adults can live with their peers, often moving out of the family home for the first time
Our unique service is a community within the local community, providing support, advice and guidance and where necessary instruction, to enable
people with learning disabilities to live a life that is full. We challenge their abilities, broadens their experiences and encouragement to explore life’s possibilities, whilst maintaining their safety and wellbeing throughout, working towards their full potential without prejudice or judgement
We provide a homely, comfortable and welcoming environment for our service users, taking into account their needs, freedoms and dignity
We endeavour is to enable and engage in healthy lifestyles, promoting challenges and choice, providing assistance and support in collaboration with the service user, families and care managers. As well as accessing local community opportunities
We support our residents with all aspects of running their own homes – including housework, laundry, budgeting, menu planning, shopping, cooking – alongside supporting them to seek gainful employment, where appropriate
We have a full schedule of social activities, which service users can join if they choose – including dance groups, ceramic group, arts & crafts, dog walking, Gateway Club, The Vibe Club, gardening, coach trips & many more…..
