World Alzheimer's Month is a chance to raise awareness of dementia, challenge stigma, and recognise the vital role of unpaid carers.

🎨 We're excited to announce the dates for our upcoming Art Therapy sessions!

Join HCPC-registered Art Therapist Georgia from Reflect Art Psychotherapy a for a relaxed and creative art therapy session.

No artistic experience is needed, just come along, get creative, and connect with other unpaid carers in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Places are limited to just six carers per session, with spaces allocated on a first come, first served basis. To give more carers the opportunity to attend, bookings are limited to one session per carer.

Have Your Say on Mental Health Services in Barnsley

The Barnsley Mental Health Forum is asking local people to share their views to help inform the refresh of the Barnsley Mental Health Strategy.

As feedback is needed urgently, a short snapshot survey has been launched. This survey closes on 31 August.

The Forum is also running its regular Personal Crisis Survey, which will remain open for several more weeks.
