If you’re struggling at the minute and could really use a trim, simply message the YMCA to get booked in for a FREE, no-judgement tidy-up. 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️

And while you’re in, make the most of our community breakfast too! ☕🍞🥣

We have cereal, toast and yogurts available, and often a lovely hot breakfast on offer as well.

A warm welcome, a bite to eat, a fresh trim and absolutely no judgement just community connection.

Are you a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child? Sometimes it helps just to be around people who get it.

Cup of Care is a new group at YMCA North Down, offering a relaxed and supportive space to connect with other parents and carers, share experiences and make a little time for your own wellbeing.

Starting our first 6 weeks with
💗 Friendly conversations and peer support
💗 Wellbeing activities and time for you
💗 A guest speaker chosen around what the group wants
💗 A trip/wellbeing experience
💗 Plenty of tea, coffee and connection ☕
