🌟 NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR BANFF ACADEMY PARENTS! 🌟

Following last night’s Parent Council meeting, we’re excited to start looking at offering free training opportunities for parents/carers in our school community!

Initially, we’re looking at courses in:

🚌 Minibus Driving
❤️ First Aid
🍎 Food & Health

Obviously, we'll cover the cost of your PVG too!

In return, we simply ask that if you have some free time and are available when the school has a trip, event or activity, you consider giving a little of your time to help support the school and our young people.

It’s a great way to gain new skills, qualifications and CV building, while also becoming more involved in the Banff Academy community.

We have dropped off 3 bags of Sports Clothes for the PE department.

With special Thanks to Deveronvale Community Hub, Banff Toy Bank, Parents and Carers for donating.

However, we still need more;

We are delighted to be nominated for 𝟒 𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒 at this year’s 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 and we need your help to turn those nominations into 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐒! 🥳

BXA is recognised nationally as a major contributor to the Scots Language, so let’s do it again! Competition is strong, so we need as many votes as possible. 🤞

🚨 LOST PROPERTY 🚨

One rather nice Technicals jacket has been handed in… along with a couple of items that definitely weren’t part of the school uniform! 👀😂

👕 Jacket: Can be collected by its rightful owner.

💨 Brand-new vapes: Unfortunately, these cannot be returned. Vapes are not for sale to under-18s, and these little fellas have therefore been removed from circulation. 🤷‍♀️😂

And to whoever thought hiding brand-new vapes in a jacket was a solid plan… we admire the optimism. 😂

No jackets were harmed in the making of this post. The vapes, however, have been permanently retired. 😆
