Buckinghamshire Scouts

Buckinghamshire Scouts Here you'll find everything you need to know about Scouting in Buckinghamshire. Scouting is based in and part of the local community.

It is for all young people, female and male, and from all cultures and faiths. The activities – the programme that we offer – are provided by adult volunteers. We work in and with the local community, in the places where our volunteers and members live. But we interact and contribute to the communities that make up Buckinghamshire and the UK, playing a full part in the international world in which

we live. Scouting continues to play a major part in the life of the communities that comprise Buckinghamshire. Across Buckinghamshire about 1 person in 4 will have been in Scouting at some time in their life and just fewer than 10% of young people between 6 and 18 are regularly taking part in our activities.

Great support from the Cublington Crier. They've included this article on page 29 of the latest edition of their magazine. I've thanked them for including it and attached the next story and photo. It's so important we get the right perception to the public.
