We're thrilled to share an update on our Pitts Special S2A G-TIII. She's being reassembled, and we're eagerly awaiting the return of her 200hp Lycoming engine from the overhaul 🙏. Hamilton Farm Airfield Charity Flight and Museum are delighted with the progress so far, and everything is falling into place for her return to flight and new life offering charity flights in support of the amazing PWRR - The Tigers army benevolent fund ❤️. Nicki and Jason at Vintage Aero Ltd are doing an outstanding job on the Pitts, and we're grateful for their expertise. As you hopefully all know now by following us and supporting us at Hamilton Farm Airfield Charity Flight and Museum, we proudly support the incredible PWRR - The Tigers army benevolent fund for our country's veterans and their families 🙏 and that we are a non-profit making charity flight and museum. We are truly humbled when veterans and their families visit us ❤️. Earlier this year, this remarkable gentleman and ex-RAF WW2 veteran visited us on his 105th birthday; Team Planeworx were deeply honoured to have him and his remarkable family visiting us.
