Wow — I can’t believe that what feels like only yesterday we were celebrating the two THRIVE cohorts! 💜

And now… we’re back, bigger than ever! 🌱
This time around, we have an exciting mix of groups:
✨ A mixed group
✨ A women’s-only group
✨ And, for the first time in Clackmannanshire, a Youth THRIVE group! 🙌

Last week, we had our soft launch and pre-programme sessions, giving participants the opportunity to hear more about THRIVE, what to expect, and — importantly — get to know each other.

This week, we officially kicked off Session 1, where participants explored the benefits of relaxation and had the chance to practise some simple relaxation techniques they can use in everyday life. 🧘‍♀️🌿

It’s fantastic to see the programme growing, reaching new people and creating more opportunities to support wellbeing across our communities.

An estate action walk will take place tomorrow in the Branshill Park & Ten Acres estates. This is your opportunity to come together, raise concerns, and help identify practical improvements to the estate.

The starting point will be on Branshill Road just off the Parkhead Road turnoff.
