The UK Government has approved a £9.8m programme to support jobs, skills, businesses, housing and infrastructure across the Forth Valley.

Over the next three years, it aims to:

✅ create 500 jobs
✅ support 370 businesses
✅ help 380 people move towards work
✅ help bring vacant or stalled housing sites back into use

We're working with Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils to deliver the programme across the region.

Huge thanks to this wonderful Band Dont Run for performing and for donating this money to such a worthwhile cause - Hospice. A real genuine and wonderful community action ❤️###

🤠 At our Clackmannanshire Community Housing Day in July, Walk Don’t Run kept the crowd entertained all day with a fantastic selection of country classics.

Rather than charging a fee for their performance, they kindly asked for donations to support Strathcarron Hospice.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of visiting Strathcarron Hospice to hand over a donation of £250 and were given a tour of their excellent facilities.

A huge thank you to Walk Don’t Run for their amazing performance and for helping us support such a worthwhile cause 💙

Support for Coalsnaughton Evacuated Residents

To all Coalsnaughton residents affected by the ongoing evacuations

I want to reach out today with sincere understanding and solidarity.

The news shared last night has been deeply upsetting for many of you, and I know how much uncertainty, worry and disruption this continues to cause for every household.

Please know that you are not facing this alone. The Federation is here for you, and we will continue to stand beside you through every stage of this situation.
With your new Residents’ Association now formally constituted, your voices are stronger, clearer and represented with purpose.

Many of you are dealing with fear, frustration, exhaustion and unanswered questions. These feelings are completely valid. What matters now is that you have support, clarity and a place to turn — and you do.

We will keep pressing for accurate information, fair treatment for every resident, and proper communication from all agencies involved.

If you need help, guidance or simply someone to speak to, please reach out.
Your wellbeing and your rights remain at the centre of everything we do.
Our community has shown remarkable strength, and we will continue to face this together
