We had a celebrity visitor to the Flourish office who has danced her socks off at the recent world championship held in Ireland to become
✨🌍 10th in the World! 🌍✨

A huge congratulations to amazing Mini Acro Duo, Aria and her dance partner, on finishing 10th in the world! 🏆💙

What an incredible achievement at just 7 years old. Your dedication, hard work, and talent have taken you onto the world stage, and you should be so proud of yourself.

Everyone is incredibly proud of you —this is only the beginning of what promises to be an amazing journey. 💫

We offer
Fixed , Flexible or relief working patterns
Training & induction programme
Fast-tracked job offer scheme *Conditions apply
Starting from £13.45 per hour, paid mileage , paid travel time, paid annual leave and pension contributions, uniform

The successful candidates will join our friendly team and provide high level of care and support to our clients.

Support Workers will be required to support people living at home with personal care, meal preparation, daily living tasks and a variety of other tasks such as support to access the community or attend appointments.

You should be able to engage fully with the people receiving support with a caring and professional approach.

Essential for this position:

The ability to maintain high standards of care and support in service users’ homes.

The desire and commitment to support others and to deliver the highest level of care is essential.

Willingness to undertake induction and ongoing training

Willing to join the PVG scheme

Willing to register with the SSSC within 3 months of employment commencing

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to undertake Membership of the PVG scheme. We will support you to do this.

A huge congratulations to Megan who is carer of the month for June 2026!
Megan is one of those people who brightens the room. Bubbly. friendly and always enjoys having a chat with her clients, helping them feel comfortable, valued and supported.
What really makes Megan truly special is her dedication to going above and beyond. Megan has demonstrated this recently by advocating on behalf of one of her clients and helping them to improve their living situation and overall quality of life.
